About me

I’m Jan from Jan Smith Coaching & Counseling. I’ve always been passionate about hearing and understanding peoples’ stories, encouraging them, and assisting them along their journey of life. Essentially, passionate about being a therapist, before I really knew what being a therapist was; I genuinely care for others. After witnessing (and experiencing) so much suffering, my goal was to find answers and share them with others. So some 20 plus years ago, I finally decided to “go pro” and get a formal education in coaching and counseling. And here we are.
